I've worked with Stanley for more years than a care to remember. He has appeared as an expert witness at trial, and was instrumental in helping me to defeat Bank of America. I knew that Bank of America had engaged in wrongful conduct against my client, but I had no idea how I was going to quantify the damages. Stanley Henslee came up with a brilliant calculation and was able to explain it in a way the jurors could understand. In that particular case, he went head to head with an accountant from Price Waterhouse, and made him look like a rank amateur. The jury rejected the calculations of Bank of America's highly paid expert and awarded every penny set forth in Stanley's calculation.
